At the center of The Human Current is me, Lorrie Cardwell-Panfil—a strategist and advisor who helps leaders and teams uncover what matters most and move forward together.
My work has always centered on people and their stories. Through years of leadership development, narrative work, and thought-leadership coaching, I’ve seen how powerful it is when individuals find their voice and teams align around a shared purpose. I bring that same lens into every engagement—connecting human insight with practical outcomes.
I’ve worked across nonprofits, education, community building, and organizational development, and I’ve partnered with executives at some of the most recognized brands in the world. That range of experience has given me a rare perspective: no matter the setting, progress begins when people are heard and understood.
Alongside the human work, I’m also comfortable with the tools and technology that make large-scale listening possible. Whether it’s gathering input through conversations, surveys, or digital platforms, I use what’s available to ensure every voice is represented without losing the human impact.
