Human-Centered Team Development & Facilitation
The Human Current™ facilitates structured team development experiences that bring visibility to how people think, communicate, and relate — so teams can move forward with greater clarity, trust, and alignment.
Not an assessment.
Not a personality framework.
Not a generic training.
Why This Work Exists
Most organizations already invest in:
people holding back
misunderstandings that linger
unnecessary tension and over-functioning
decisions that look aligned on paper but unravel in practice
surveys
assessments
leadership frameworks
communication training
listening sessions
And still experience:
Many systems lack a way to see how humans are actually experiencing the work — and how those experiences quietly shape trust, participation, and momentum.
The Human Current exists to make that visible — without blame, hierarchy, or reduction.
What Makes This Different
The Human Current helps people recognize themselves — and understand how their way of being meets the work, the team, and the moment they’re in.
Most facilitators & tools try to explain who people are.
reveals patterns without ranking
names conditions instead of judging behavior
honors individuality while making shared dynamics visible
creates clarity without turning humans into problems to fix
Instead of labeling people, this work:
People don’t leave with a label.
They leave with shared understanding — and movement without force.
Founder & Facilitator
The Human Current™ was founded and is facilitated by Lorrie Cardwell-Panfil, a human-centered team development facilitator who designs structured experiences that help groups see how they work — individually and together.
Drawing from years of qualitative insight work and deep pattern recognition across individuals, teams, and organizations, Lorrie helps groups surface what is often felt but rarely named — so clarity can replace friction and shared understanding can move work forward.
